If your organisation received Windows laptops and tablets from ‘Get help with technology’ in the 2020 to 2021 academic year, this would have included pre-installed safeguarding software.
Mobile device management and content filtering software will expire on 30 September 2022 and there are no plans to extend licences.
It is your responsibility to ensure they are safe for children and young people to use once licences expire.
Gov.uk have published step-by-step guidance on how to reset your devices and we’re offering support services to help you before the end of the academic year. Please note, these services are only available until June 2022.

To make a request for one of these services, please complete this expression of interest form as soon as possible. You will then receive instructions via email about how to proceed.
