Outlook

Microsoft Outlook from the cloud. Both teachers and students will have always-on access to all of the features included with Microsoft Outlook, including shared calendars (timetables), contact lists, distribution groups and task lists.

Up to 50GB of storage space per mailbox is available. Office 365 also incorporates anti-spam and anti-malware protection.

OneDrive

OneDrive is a cloud-based data storage solution for students and teachers. OneDrive keeps a record of your file history, allowing you to return to previous file versions. Up to 1TB of cloud-based storage is available per user.

Skype

Promote collaboration between students and teachers with cloud-based unified communication. Skype in the Classroom incorporates instant messaging, video conferencing and screen sharing. Conversations can also be conducted within Exchange.

Microsoft Student Advantage

Microsoft has introduced Student Advantage, a new initiative that allows schools to provide every pupil with a full copy of Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus for free. Students are allowed to use Office 365 ProPlus on up to five different devices, including Apple, Windows and Android.
