Support Services

Sometimes things go wrong with technology! We offer a professional support service which aims to keep downtime to a minimum, providing a fast resolution to any ICT issues that may arise during the school working day.

In addition to our scheduled onsite technical support services for schools, SCC ICT provides a dedicated telephone, remote and reactive onsite support service that will offer you immediate support for critical issues.

What Support Services Do We Provide?

Scheduled on-site engineer support service

For schools that require a regular onsite technical presence. This includes support for all hardware located in school, including servers, desktops, workstations, peripherals and any networking equipment

Service Desk

Dedicated telephone/email and support tickets provided by our Taunton-based professional education service desk team

Remote first-line support

This will cover regular maintenance work and also immediate support for critical issues and technical faults that occur and which require immediate attention.

Reactive On-Site Support

In the event that a technical fault cannot be resolved remotely, onsite support will be provided by a member of our school engineers team.
